Grillo is being held on the following charges: two counts of failure to appear contempt of court - violate domestic protection order trespassing. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail later Friday night where it was determined he missed a court date on one of his previous arrests so he - quite simply - has a lot to deal with. That led to the Boca Raton Police Department responding and placing Grillo under arrest around 6 p.m. It turns out Grillo was banned from the entire mall. Security, however, told him two things: they weren’t going to take his phone, and he wasn’t banned specifically from the Apple Store. While the affidavit of probable cause continues to be processed, sources close to the situation tell that Grillo returned to the Apple Store in Town Center Mall Friday night seeking service for his iPhone.īut Grillo, believing he was banned from the Apple Store due to his threat of going all “Indiana Jones” and using his belt as a whip to attack, apparently tried to give or throw his iPhone to a security guard who he expected to take the phone into the Apple Store for repair.
